I just read the patch notes for 26.16 and theres no bug fix for the Q bug.

If you dont know what the Q bug is its that the Q tap has been triggering as Q hold way more often than usual and its been leading to way too many accidental tower dives, ruining lanes and games. This also contributed to a way larger win rate drop in Warwick top in Apex tiers last patch.

What we should do now: Send bug reports to Riot about this. The more the better. Make tweets on Twitter, get their information. Any help is good help. This bug is extremely infuriating and it makes me not want to play my champ until the bug is fixed.
