Headcanon: Ohio (the one in hfjone's universe) uses 50 Hz electricity

I got interested in this 50 hz-60 hz thing I while ago and then I thought of making this headcanon

not only I thought this is kinda cool but also it's a reference to the ohio meme (ohio was shown as a scary and weird place in that meme so I thought the state using a different frequency unlike the rest of the us kinda fits it)

Hello. Where does this version of Yugoslavia's national anthem come from?

This version is the best one that I've heard in my opinion because it's structurally similar to the official orchestral/choral recording. I'm curious to know the origin of the recording and who arranged/conducted it.
