Alternative title: Why is this so addictive?? I have spent every moment of my free time over the past week on this painting and cannot get enough. Already I have a backlog of paintings to complete!

I’ve been getting into these recently and they are so fun! I bought some higher-quality detail brushes, prepped with gesso and use acrylic flow medium in the paints themselves and all three of these things have made a world of difference. Very pleased with how this turned out, and happy to have found a little side hobby that brings me joy and rewards my attention to detail!
