Incorporating.... where? - I will not promote

I am based in the EU and building apps. I have this idea to incorporate one single umbrella company that will have these 3 apps until one of them takes off. I am thinking of establishing in the US and here are my questions:

  1. What are the cons of incorporating in the US as a EU resident and citizen?
  2. The company will make no profit at the beginning: is tax filling in such case a burden or easy enough?
  3. in which state would you suggest to incorporate? I am looking for a cost effective solution

Any hint or similar experience to share would be appreaciated

Suspended Account: cannot close, cannot get a refund

Hello, I created an account on TikTok Ads and tried for the first to start an ad campaign for the first time.

I transfered 200 euros + taxes (242 euros) and launched the campaigned...

... the campaign got immediately suspended and I am not sure why. There is nothing I can do: I can't change settings, I cannot open a ticket either, I cannot close my account.

How can I either re-activate my account or close it and get a refund?

Yenza! 24/7 saviors in Brussels

I have seen on this sub many reports of people being scammed when in urgent need of skilled tradespersons like plumber, electrician, locksmith, etc.

That is why I created yenza.io - a platform where skilled handyworker can advertise their services and users can book them and pay safely through the platform. It works if you need immediate 24/7 help or if you want to book in advance...

Register now on yenza.io - Why? because you'll get the pioneer badge status that will unlock all kind of goodies as we go

Hopeing to solve that blue colar services problem we have in Brussels 😄

it’s a straightforward question I want to ask to people who have been living in Dubai long enough, let’s say 2 years at least.

Do you feel free or do you feel that Dubai is extremely policed? In the sense that you have to be more careful than say Europe about what you are doing or saying because it could get you severely punished (fined, jail even)?

I am asking this as I am considering moving to Dubai. I think that the current security situation will not last too long but I was shocked to learn that expats where thrown in jail for sharing images of drones or missile strikes.
