Young pear tree with possible girdle

Is this worth dealing with? Tree is 3 years old. Thanks in advance.

Girdling roots?

Year three Asian pear. Wondering if this would be considered a girdling root and should it be removed?

How narrow is too narrow?

Been surfing my whole life. Never really experimented with narrow boards. Normal below average waves shortboard is 6'0x19.5x2.5 . I go down to 19.25 for good waves. Just curious what everyone is riding width wise. I'm 180 6'1.
