So, I talked to a nift Raebareli's student from FC, She is from General Category, Her rank was 26xx , however Last year's cut off went as far as 19xx for FC till spot round ,how did she get in??

Hello! I got Kangra AD in the first round ,Second round mei bhi same allot hua hai , and I am trying to get Either panchkula FC OR kangra Fc, My rank is 1502. I am very worried as I am Lil sceptical about going to Varanasi For Fc. Also, should I consider Raebareli? Spot round tk chances h kya iss year kangra ya panchkula milne ka??
