Air Canada always let me check bags up to 32kg without paying more. I know porter has smaller planes so I tried not to overpack. Do you think they’ll be flexible with 25-26kg (limit is 23)? Please don’t make fun of me I’m moving across the country lol.

Any data points on if they let you check your carry on when in porter reserve? Basically a third bag for free so you don’t have to carry your carry on. My carry on is a bit large… anyway I got porter reserve for these bags so I’m hoping porter reserve is as flexible as air Canada premium/business.

UPDATE: they only were flexible for up to 24kg. I ended up packing my carry on with the extra weight and checking it as a 3rd bag. Thanks for helping me anticipate this possibility!
