I was born and brought up in Kanpur, and honestly, there are some parts of the city I really don't like. Traffic, people are rude, still a lot of gunda gardi, heard land-grabbing cases, and the roads are still very bad.

Few reasons I am considering

1. Metro expansion plans
2. Improving connectivity with Lucknow (international airport) with the new expressway and probably the upcoming rapid rail

I've mostly seen the crowded areas of the city. Are there any investable areas from a long-term investment perspective?

ps. i want to stay away from Trans-Ganga and New KNP City since these are way too much delayed and not sure if there's enough upside.
