I was preparing a presentation on pathway for the new members and I realised that the pathways that laid emphasis on the 4th Core competency were discontinued. These were Effective Coaching, Innovative Planning, Leadership Development, Team Collaboration and Visionary Communication. Strategic Relationship was a collateral damage.

I don't know what was the thinking behind this decision but we might see a change in TI tagline in the future.

My first streak achievement was a 5 day streak on 8th June 2024. Technically my streak started on 3rd June 2024. I am still 20 days away from Basement Dweller which is 2 years.

Is it just me or is the surge in NOTA votes across Assam actually starting to look like a massive red flag that the parties are choosing to ignore?

I was looking at election results today and the jump in people choosing NOTA is wild, especially in some of the rural belts and among the younger crowd.

While the Assam NOTA vote share is 1.29%, Teok constituency saw 2.33% of NOTA vote share.

Do you think we might actually witness a constituency in future elections where NOTA has the highest vote share and the election has to be conducted again? Can Assam lead the rest of India in this aspect?
