Been away for over a year, got these options, what do i pick ?

Hello, I've stopped playing well over a year ago, and just came back to the game, got the itch again to play it.

I'm completely lost as the meta has shifted so far from what I remember that I need help with

Pvp Teams (would love to get them weekly gems going) Tried play a few matches, even in Silver people with much lower power are just wiping the floor with me.

Pve teams, mainly demonic beasts I would say, Can't remember what teams i had built for them.

Would really appreciate all the help I can get.
