I recently got an offer from CIBC Hyderabad for a Quality Engineer / QA Automation role (around 4 years experience level).

I honestly don’t know much about CIBC, so I wanted to get some genuine feedback from people working there or who have worked there before.

How is the work culture? How is the work pressure and work-life balance? Are projects stable and good for learning/growth? How are managers and overall environment? Any pros/cons I should know before joining?

If anyone from CIBC Hyderabad can share their experience or suggestions, it would really help me make a decision.
