I received job offer at geico as senior software engineer and I just want to know about the work culture at geico, I’ve come across multiple posts on Reddit regarding layoffs and PIPs. Is is good option to choose geico in terms of job security? How is the work culture?

Hi everyone, I currently have an offer on the table for a Senior Software Engineer position at GEICO. I'd love to accept, but I've been reading a lot of concerning posts on here recently about massive layoffs, strict PIP cultures, and general instability.
For those currently working there (or who recently left), I'd really value your honest perspective:
Is GEICO a safe bet for job security right now, or are engineering teams constantly on edge?
How is the actual work culture and WLB?
Are the devs under constant work pressure?
