Hair type - 2B-2C, low-to-medium porosity, need suggestions to control frizz n Puffy hairs

I have 2b-2c type of hair with low to medium porosity.
I washed my hair twice a week,
Tue: L'oreal extraordinary oil shampoo + dove conditioner
Sun: bare anatomy Anti frizz shampoo + mask

Every 15 days i use candidox anti dandruff shampoo + dove conditioner to control my itchy scalp

Every day i use :-
bare anatomy anti-frizz leave in conditioner
Dove anti frizz gel
Almond oil to lock the moisture

I see slight to nun difference from using bare anatomy products

I find using oil to lock moisture helps a little (img 1 & 2 after shower)

But my hairs still looks frizzy and gets puffy once i step out of home (img 3 & 4)

how do i control frizz?
