I appreciate that with the muted colours, it might be tricky. Friends of mine have inherited a castle. I know, right? But it's in quite a state and will take millions to fix up.

These two designs appear frequently around the property and we know that it was once the seat of the Wallace and latterly the Hope-Wallace family and we can see the heraldry of both of these, but can't work out what these two are or what their connection is to the place.

I revisited some 6mm sci-fi terrain from Brigade Models. I first painted these several years ago, but I chose a dusty, grey-brown look inspired by Tatooine. But, as a result, I hardly ever used it, because it looked so dull.

Having recently been watching *Race Across the World* on the BBC, I was inspired by locations like Istanbul and Bukhara to add more colour, warming up the palette and adding a lovely blue from Reaper Color.
