Beige lunch for sick 22m old
Entire house has a cold right now, so this was our no fuss easy lunch. Mandarin orange, Dino nuggets, cheese, and teddy grahams. Just happy she ate something 🙃

With peaches, avocado, and yogurt which she only licked at and smeared 🤷♀️
Grands biscuits rolled thin and stuffed with seasoned ground beef, cabbage, onions, and cheese
With a side of banana, avocado, and dip dip
Dinner for my 21 month old. She requested a “cake” as a side (banana spinach pancake from the freezer stash).
And surprisingly, it was a hit! It always feels like the higher effort the meal is the less likely she is to eat it 😵💫 but not this time!
And it was a great success! Homemade sausage rolls (with dip ofc), yellow squash with paprika and Parmesan, half of an avocado and a handful of squished blueberries
We do this dinner once a week because it’s so simple and always a hit
Grilled chicken thighs, grilled corn, rice, avocado, and raspberries
Homemade chicken noodle soup (broth served in a cup on the side), strawberry and half an avocado. She picked out the carrots and celery and ate that, sampled one bite of chicken and one noodle, and drank a good amount of broth 🫠
We’ve been doing a lot of smoothies during this heat wave and my blender finally shit the bed the other day. So I present to you - equal parts plain yogurt and baby fruity pouch “blender free smoothie”. She demolished it!
Half a grilled cheese sandwich, mandarin orange, and an oatmeal bar with raspberry jam on top from the freezer stash 🤌
She rarely gets chicken nuggets but I always keep them on hand for times like these 😅 with buttered pasta and Parmesan, and a few cherry plums
She learned how to say pepper the other day and she’s very excited about it, this is the only raw veggie she’s ever touched other than onions and avocado 😅
Green bell pepper, ABC muffin, pepperonis and cheese 🤌
Lunch has always been our toughest meal of the day, so I’m proud of this one!
Leftover pasta and sausage meat sauce, blueberries, and cheese. She had another half a serving of pasta as well 🥹
She ate two pieces for snack time. The rest will go into the freezer.
2 cups rolled oats, blended up
2 large overripe bananas
1 carrot finely shredded
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
I folded in some crushed up frozen raspberries at the end, can be subbed with raisins or chocolate chips or anything you like
Baked in an 8x8 pan at 350 for 35ish minutes
Bacon wrapped chicken thigh, rice, roasted eggplant, avocado, and blackberries. It was her first time trying eggplant, and like most vegetables she takes one bite, spits it out, and throws the rest on the floor 🫠 avocados do a lot of the veggie heavy lifting in this house lol
After refusing breakfast I’m happy with how she did. Usually lunch is the least successful meal of the day.
Steak, blackberries, and teddy grahams for desert
