Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I’m writing because I’m currently looking for a new job. I'm from Colombia and I’ve tried many different things not just LinkedIn, but also various platforms and job boards, reaching out to recruiters, and applying directly through company websites but I haven’t had any luck so far.

I’m a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator with around four years of experience in the role. I have experience creating analytics frameworks and measuring KPIs, operational improvement, and managing critical and high-volume incidents. While my undergraduate degree is in a field unrelated to this role, I have certifications in CX and Six Sigma, as well as a strong foundation in data analysis. I’m currently pursuing Google’s Project Management Professional Certificate, and I’m more than willing to keep learning and earning any additional certifications that may be needed.

I’ve been searching and applying for a few months now, but I haven’t even gotten an interview, and I’m starting to feel a little desperate. Does anyone have any advice or know of any opportunities?

Hola a todos! Espero que ustedes y sus familias están bien. Escribo porque estoy buscando trabajo. He probado muchas cosas, no sólo linkedIn, sino distintas plataformas y bolsas de, escribir a reclutadores, aplicar directamente desde las páginas de empresas y no he logrado nada. Soy Coordinadora de Satisfacción del cliente con alrededor de 4 años de experiencia en cargo. Tengo experiencia en creación de marcos de analítica y medición de KPIs, mejora operativa y gestión de incidentes críticos y de alto volumen. Si bien mi pregrado es en algo que no está relacionado a este cargo, tengo certificaciones en CX, Six Sigma, y bases fuertes análisis de datos. Actualmente estoy haciendo la certificación profesional de Project management de Google y estoy súper dispuesta a seguir aprendiendo y certificándome en lo que haga falta.
Llevo algunos meses buscando y aplicando, pero no he tenido ni siquiera una entrevista y ya me siento un poco desesperada. ¿Algún consejo u oferta por ahí?
