hi reddit, i've been prescribed duloxetine to help with chronic pain and fibromyalgia symptoms. i'm on my first day of 50mg but have been signed off work for the last week cos i just feel so fatigued, i have lost all my motivation to do anything and also have ADHD so that doesn't help. i'm crashing out at 4pm but can't sleep at night. i haven't really had any bad symptoms otherwise, i can't say it's helped my pain that much but it's definitely made me overall happier so i'm noticing it a bit less. i live in the UK and was wondering if it's worth asking my private prescriber if he can prescribe wellbutrin alongside duloxetine? how do other people combat the fatigue? i already have chronic fatigue so it's really not welcome!
