What are the good and bad things you are experiencing in 30s?

Lately, after so many years, I have been thinking about this thing or sentiment called "Love".

I think people in this sub came across or are in love in one way or another.

 Almost everyone thinks about it, talks about it and appears to have such sentiments. To keep it simple, what do you think is "love" when it comes to human relationships (especially lovers, companions)?

Does it even mean anything or is a special kind of emotion that one feels or way too romanticized?
