I have secured less than 60% in pcm combined and pc+computer science combined but have scored more than 60 in overall, if I apply and pay the counselling fee + registration fee will they accept my admission or reject without any refunds

I am getting 90% scholarship in SRMUAP Btech Cse core, but I have overall 63% in my class 12 and 56% in subject combination of PM+Computer science, am I eligible to take admission?
