Been on probation for a couple months just relieved this
I've been trying my best and am worried that I'm too slow with packing items and making sandwiches, my manager has caught me cursing when not around customers. I once gave a cheese pizza to someone who wanted pepperoni and she thinks I dont listen to her and I cant get out if the "buddy" system. Apparently I make sandwiches slower than average and I once said "oh fuck" when the area manager walked in the kitchen silently and he thinks I made fun of him when heeft but I didn't I was genuinely panicking saying "ohh that was the area manager??" Can someone tell me if I have a high likelihood of getting fired??
I wven responded ate to the email cause I have 2 weeks off cause I'm scattering ashes this week and responded an hour late than I was meant to. I emailed and apologised profusely.
