Alameda County Library Card
Hello all! Not sure if this is the proper subreddit to post this on but...hopefully!
Soo my husband has been getting into audiobooks via Libby. We live in LA county but heard that Alameda County offers free library cards for CA residents. I got an ecard a few months ago, and then was able to get a physical card too.
However, this week, when my husband was signing up for the ecard and then the library card, he received an email from AC saying that library cards are emailed to residents only in their counties.
Is this a recent change? I have been looking online at their FAQ and cannot find any information on the change. How is it possible that I got a library card from them through the mail but now he can't?
And yes, I emailed their support earlier this week but have not gotten a response. Any info helps!!
