Retiring after 25 years of cleaning

Good day! So I'm thinking about putting down the vacuum January 2028 after 25 years of cleaning and I'm interested in the best way to transition. I'm thinking I will put in a 3-6 month notice so I can be replaced or should I try to sell my business or hire someone for my clients? I plan to get an administrative position or apply to work at Home Depot which I would love to work there for the remainder of my life. 🤣

Inconclusive biopsy results

Ok, so I understand I'm paying for the procedure, the thyroid biopsy, but my results were inconclusive due to blood in the samples. My procedure is in review because I refuse to pay for something when I did not get results (lucky I didn't have to pay in full before the procedure). What stops them from repeatedly getting inconclusive results? Will I have to pay and if I do, do they not charge for the next one? Thoughts, opinions, experience is most welcome. Thank you!
