I am female, work at the senior-director-executive level/function, and just got late diagnosed. I already filter out non-humanistic teams and positions, policies or attitudes that don't give me the level of control/agency/choice that I require.

Those who have disclosed asd working decent positions (as opposed to slave labor) please share your experiences along with industry and location data, and what factors you think were/are relevant to outcomes. I of course lean toward absolute total disclosure and alignment up front.
