I just finished getting the Platinum trophy for GTA 3 on PS5. It took me about 3 days, without playing constantly. While completing the Rampages, I stumbled upon a crazy glitch/bug that I haven't seen reported anywhere else yet, which will make completing them super easy.

The tutorial is super simple:

Start the Rampage, then immediately find a cop and punch him once. He'll start slowly chasing you without shooting. By doing this, you'll trigger a game state where the gang members completely stop trying to kill you, allowing you to finish the Rampage virtually damage-free.

I found this extremely useful, especially on the third island.
