2013 Passat tdi. I’ve replaced my boost sensor two times before between months. My original sensor seal broke and it was spraying oil all over. So i replaced with a cheap rockauto one. It didn’t work for that long. Then i replaced with a vemo one from rockauto for 60$. That too gave up last day after running for 4-5 months maybe. I have the original sensor with me and it still works, just the seal and covering is broken. When i checked with original sensor, codes are gone and no issues except maybe oil spraying out after a while. So should i get a vw one for 220$? Is it the sensor itself or something else damaging the sensor. I’ve also seen bosch sensor for my car, will that work?
