Is this a Petit Patisserie replica?

I recently ordered a petit patisserie jsk in mint form xianyu for a rlly good price. Ik sometimes there are different factory versions of dresses (I think) and the translated seller description makes me think this was the case.
I didn’t notice until now, but the print at the chest part of mint colorway resembles the print of the pink color instead of the released mint version. I’ve attached lolibrary pics for comparison (last two slides.) All other pictures are of the dress I bought.
It’s at the sueprbuy warehouse, is there any way I can send it back instead of having it ship?? Shipping is expensive nowadays :(
Some insight on this would be really appreciated, I don’t want to wear replicas because don’t like art theft 🥲 thank you so much! 🩷
