Looking for honest feedback on a DIY/hobby/maker project management web app I have been building.
I initially started building this out because I got tired of losing track of the mountain of projects I have both around the house, and in the maker/hobby/DIY space.
I wanted a clean way to keep track of all of the stuff I had done, the documents associated with the projects, like datasheets, manuals, license documents, etc, and to track the inventory of stuff I had bought.
I found that I was always buying stuff I already had instead of knowing I had it, so I added an inventory system that I could use with my USB barcode scanner.
I also have a bunch of tools and things I wanted to keep track of, particularly a lath I am building, and all of the associated tooling.
I think I've got everything pretty polished and ready to go, but I haven't really been able to get anyone willing to dive into it and give feedback.
Any feedback, feature requests, or thoughts on pricing you could give would be invaluable.
I have a few features/improvements in the pipeline, but nothing I'm ready to really talk about yet because it will need a lot of debugging.
The site is here: https://projedex.com, and you can play around with an interactive demo by clicking "See how it works" without needing to sign up at all. That will spawn a demo account that is pre-populated with some demo projects, and you can try uploading documents, adding, deleting things, whatever you want.
