What’s happening to my apartment?

I know this is a home inspection community but I didn’t know where else to ask. 😅

This complex was built in 2016. I’ve been in here for the past 3 years. Since I’ve lived here, cracks have appeared in the ceiling, walls, and floor. They’ve grown wider over time and I don’t know if this should be a concern or not.

I’m trying to takeoff an old shower handle. The screw inside won’t turn left to come loose even with my electric drill. It doesn’t appear to be stripped. I’m not an expert at this so I’m open to tips!
