I’m looking for any tips anyone is willing to give.

I started a new job two months ago and my boss is a pain. I love my coworkers and the pay is great. The job is nice overall except for my boss who doesn’t know how to do her own job and needs help from people who work under her. She always has something negative to say and criticises us on things we have no control over. She also loves to complain about us to our coworkers. She is very paranoid about getting fired because obviously she is incompetent at her job. She makes us do things such as vacuuming the outside curb because it cannot be dusty. It’s outside, it’s going to have a bit of dust.

I can’t leave this job because it’s the only well paying job i could find, so any tips?
