I'm preparing a menu for easy camping foods to make/cook at camp so that we're not spending 16 dollars on pizza Tuesday-Sunday.

Any ideas that wouldn't require refrigeration?
Here's my easy list so far:

• Pancake mix
• Canned corn beef hash
• pasta
• jarred pasta sauces
• Mashed potatoes
• Canned Corn
• Canned Tuna
• canned Evaporated milk
• Boxed Mac n Cheese
• Tuna Helper

So last few years I would wake up at about 8AM being slow roasted by the sun heating up my tent. I’m doing glamping this year so I won’t be able to put a whole canopy over my tent.

Has anyone had any luck with those reflective sheets? Does it redirect light to neighbors? How are you guys going to try keep the tent cool?
