Philo Florida Beauty leaf color change

Hi all, got this Florida Beauty a few months ago down in Homestead FL. The leaves were originally cream & green, matte with a blueish tint on them, which I really liked. (Bottom leaf in first pic.)

However the new leaves are bright yellow and green and very shiny. (Top leaf in first pic.)

I’m glad it’s healthy and happy, but I prefer the old coloring. Any advice?

More info: Currently in my backyard jungle getting dappled sun 4-6 hours a day. I originally tried a more sunny spot, but it burned. Lost a few stems :(

I had originally assumed the blue tint was some kind of water debris or pesticide mix, but it’s never come off, even when I used a soft cloth. Didn’t want to hurt the leaves so I just left it.
