Balance is 0.00, however it still shows an amount pending financial aid. Is that my refund amount?

Usually it'll have a negative balance, which I have on Nelnet but not myLoneStar

My account is still showing a balance, so I'm assuming my loans haven't disbursed yet... Anyone else experiencing this?

I also usually receive an email telling me my loans have disbursed and I've gotten nothing 😒

I just want my refund 😭
