i20 N Line N8 DCT Bangalore Quote Check: Is SOT needed and how do my add-ons look ?

I’m currently in the middle of finalising an i20 N Line N8 DCT in Bangalore and wanted to get some thoughts from existing owners on my deal structure and whether I should care about the Shield of Trust (SOT).
Here is the current state of negotiation:
Variant: N8 DCT (Single Tone)
Discounts: Pushing for a total cash reduction to bring the final balance closer to ₹13.2L – ₹13.5L.
Insurance: Dealer quoted ~₹67k. I called them out because I'm getting external Zero-Dep way better quotes (with all add-ons) .
Freebies requested: Asking them to throw in the Essential Kit and the 4th/5th-year Extended Warranty for completely free.
My main question:
The dealer has options for Shield of Trust (SOT), but I skipped it. For a DCT model driven mostly in heavy traffic, is SOT actually important, or is it mostly a marketing gimmick as long as I have the Extended Warranty?
How does this look overall for Bangalore pricing ?
Would love to hear your experiences or if I missed anything crucial !
