Hi, Im fairly new to the OPS and dealing with a micromanager that genuinely has no respect for anyone’s time but their own. In previous roles, we had the opportunity to discuss manager feedback anonymously but given this is my first time working in a public setting, I assume this is not something possible here. It’s getting suffocating having to report to this individual, as it seems all rules apply to everyone but them.

Can someone please advise? Please Im not looking to be slammed for asking this question 😂
