One day when I was young—I was 14—I was at summer camp. One night I woke up and saw a figure sitting on my bed—a woman, I think. She was watching me, but she looked monstrous. I finally turned over, and she was gone.

Was this sleep paralysis? Or was it a psychotic vision, since I’ve been diagnosed with psychosis?

I'm new here but I want to share my psychotic episode

all day I have voice in my head that scream and scream again

like

"DIE DIE DIE KILL URSELF MAKE SUICIDE

HE DON'T LOVE U

HE FUCK HER

EVERYONE JUDGE U"

also this last day it's seems like I have stuff under my skin like bug
