Am new to UAE. Have a salary of 20k/mth. Got my 3rd salary already. Looking for the best credit card with offers.

Issue - my visa is from company 1. They have given me NOC to be able to work with anyone i want. My salary comes from another company i work for xyz. Xyz is willing to provide all kinds of assistance for the cards.
