I was rear ended with my 2021 Supersix evo on the bike rack and cracked the frame. Cannondale doesn’t make that generation anymore so I’m getting the “new” gen 4 supersix, but would love to use my old Knot systembar and stem from my old one. Anybody know if it’s compatible? Will it look super janky with the new steerer tube and internal routing? Don’t have budget for a new bar at the moment so really hoping this works and doesn’t look stupid

Looking for a better spreadsheet than I have for making my own drink mixes and gels. Ideally mixing maltodextrin, table sugar, salt, and a flavor of choice. Or something else. Curious what everyone is using
