SO... Suppressors and SBRs?

What are everyone's thoughts seeing as the ruling in Texas wasn't appealed and Brandon Herrera and the GOA went ahead with their 4473 suppressor transfers. Plaintiffs PSA, SilencerCo, and GOA and their customers/members are protected from the ATF's enforcement of the $0 tax.

Has anyone spoken with legal about it and has anyone heard from stores that'll follow suit?

Owner is finally doing that thing (USA)

The owner of the franchise I work for just set impossible labor goals for literally every store in the area. Our supervisor has even argued for us because they're well aware we're stuck between having good labor and shit service or good service and shit labor. None of the stores in the area are hitting labor goals.

Literally everything is stacked against us. We're forced to have a dedicated drink position because of how many complicated drink options there are now, which screws labor. We're experiencing way lower sales, which screws labor. And they made a few other stores in the area 24/7, which screws our sales, which screws labor. Let's keep increasing those prices and give some temporary half assed discounts to balance it out though!

The food we sell still barely costs a quarter of their sale price on the inventory side btw.

I actually thought this franchise was nice but looks like the owner's finally taking their gloves off and sending a massive f*** you to everyone who works under him.
