Thought this was a virus

This popped up when I logged into my computer this morning. Scared me BAD. I immediately thought I’d downloaded a virus. Also me and my settings are not even French??

Edit: thanks guess I’ll tell IT I somehow have a virus wtf. Can’t even download any software without an administrator so idk how I got it.
