Hello,

I'm a bit confused as it's been years since I've had a few phone but I can't seem to find a way to set up my modes and routine.

Everywhere that I have looked, it shows that "if" "then", but I don't see that option at all.

All I see is turn on automatically, something about distractions and others.

So I was trying out textnow and figured I would go week to week to see it suited my needs. Now I want to upgrade to the monthly subscription but there is no option in my app and when I reached out to customer service they say they sometimes take this off as an option and I would just have to continue monitoring to see if that option comes up for me. Has anybody had this happen?
