In episode 1, Caine says to Pomni that you cannot swear cause the Digital Circus is a place to be enjoyed by all ages. What did he mean by that? Also the episode starts with a theme song+intro with all the characters, like a cartoon.

So is the digital circus like a show people watched or something or am I reading too much into the lines?

I was watching Monster when Tenna said, " ある人物を探している。" ( I am looking for someone). I wondered why it is used for people, shouldn't it be いる?
