Another!
This is Supernaturale from Morphe X Make it Black. I don't wear brown shades very often, so they're tough pans!
This pallete was a gift from my mom back in September 2023. Considering I have 17 eyeshadow palletes, I've clearly loved this one! It was my introduction to my favorite eyeshadow color, green. Now I have a hoard of it.
I use Make Waves as a mixing pigment. It's serviceable, like you really gotta grind it down though.
Til next time!
Naked Metal Mania
Yesterday, I hit the bottom of Studio from Naked Metal Mania. I've been severely neglecting my browns lately, and it's a shame because I like how I look in them.
I'm cleaning that brush today, and will be adding this one to my rotation again so hopefully we'll see her again once I finally break through one of the shiny shades. I use my fingers for everything but Spike Stud and Power Chords though... so it'll be a while.
I learned a very valuable lesson.
This was the Lush Lip Scrub in Unicorn. For part of my 2023 Christmas, my stepdad took me to Lush and let me pick something out. I chose this because I'm hardcore obsessed with unicorns.
At first, she smelled like Pixi Stix. Then that smell started to nauseate me. Still used this 2-4 days a week. It's a crumbly, glittery scrub that gets everywhere, but you know the worst part? Despite using this as much as I could, she passed the expiration date and was only half gone. So I buckled down and figured I'd stick around until the smell or consistency changes. Somehow it never did, and now I hold the empty jar astounded at how long it took.
That's like 2.5 years. Never again. I'm buying my next lip scrub in a little bitty container next time.
This is Adventurous by Profusion, another pallete given to my by my work Secret Santa. She's so sweet because I LOVE this brand. They have so many different formulas, finishes, fun stuff, and colors to play with for an excellent price.
These mattes are soft but powdery. I personally like this formula, though some dark shades get wicked fallout and the cream shimmers will crease if you aren't setting the eye first. Fearless was panned on a day when I had terrible allergies and had to keep reapplying my outer corner—a nightmare! But I got a little silver to show for it.
This is Etude What's In My Eyes in Honey Honey. It's a pearly, pinkish white that shifts to purple and I love using it as an inner corner. It's powdery but very workable.
I've still got plenty left, but I'm sad about this one.
I've got a bunch more in Colourpop Pokémon. Some are new, some I forgot to share last time, there may even be a duplicate here. But yeah panning this thing is as much fun as using it and I'm having an awesome time. :)
