Is 'picks remaining' new? Has it always been here? Or is it a remnant of that glorious time when we could redo our pick?

This poor Ivysaur 😆. This deck works well against solo lines and opponents who get cocky and place one Deino or Torchic thinking they'll sweep poor little Inkay. Not so great against Basic heavy decks, but I don't see many of those in ranked.
