Any idea what happened here?

This isn’t my first time with an omnipod 5 on the beach but it’s the first time this has happened to a pod. I got a communication error and looked over at it and saw that it was filled with liquid and brown/rust colored almost? I took it off and my arm seemed fine and it had been delivering insulin up until that point!

I’m a T1D and this will be my first pregnancy! I had bloodwork done to confirm today but my OB’s office didn’t schedule me until 10/11 weeks. I’ve seen mixed opinions on peoples experiences being seen earlier or later for their first visit. When was yours?? Did you reach out to your endo? I just tested positive a couple days ago so I’m trying to start to piece it all together.
