The little metal “teeth” that grip the PTFE tube inside the extruder snapped off (you can see the broken pieces in the second pic), so now the PTFE tube won’t stay locked in place and pops out very easily during filament loading/printing.
Since I use multicolor/CFS, I still need the PTFE path to stay secure and aligned while I wait for the replacement part to arrive.
Does anyone know:
a temporary fix that actually works?
a printable mod or replacement?
a way to keep it working reliably with multicolor/CFS?
I already tried glue, but the tube still slips out under pressure 😅
Any help would be appreciated!
