has anyone had experience with ACC moving another person into your apartment in the middle of the school year/lease after your roommate moves out? wondering if it's common or not

hi i'm looking to take over an ACC lease for the upcoming school year, beginning in august or september

- same gender female preference

- looking for a private bedroom, but shared bathroom is okay

- preferably Plaza Verde, Plaza Verde II, Camino del Sol, or VDC
