Teaching Your Kid About India… While Getting India Wrong? (inframe: Reza and Pooja ) 🧠🚮

I genuinely don’t understand how a video about teaching your child about both India and Pakistan could get basic Indian details so wrong.

First, Indians don’t kneel for the national anthem.

Second, the Indian flags shown in the video had the colours in the wrong order it’s saffron, white and green, not green, white and saffron. What’s even more surprising is that this apparently wasn’t caught during editing.

It honestly came across less like genuinely teaching their son about both countries and more like setting up a storyline around an Indian brand collaboration at the end. If you’re going to make content centred around national identity and culture, at least get the basics right. Otherwise, it feels performative and, frankly, disrespectful.

Fellow crocheters, don’t cheat your talent for business.

I recently got 5 enquiries for Ganpati Bappa, and when I quoted ₹777 + shipping, they immediately started sending me reels of other crochet creators selling similar pieces for ₹300 including delivery.

Honestly, as someone who has been crocheting for 7 years, that broke my heart. Not because I lost the orders, but because pieces that take so much time, skill and effort are being priced at ₹300 just to get business.

I wouldn’t expect someone who doesn’t crochet to understand the work that goes into handmade pieces. But when fellow crocheters undervalue their own work, it feels like we’re cheating our own talent.
Even if it means losing a sale, we should be telling people the actual value of handmade work. Handmade isn’t cheap, and it certainly isn’t easy. 🤍

Hey y’all. Just wondering if anyone can suggest me better options in regards my concerns mentioned below.

Hi ! Thanks for taking your time and commenting. I appreciate it.

  1. I really wanna crochet a purse and I don’t really like lining the bag part. I’m not good at lining it with fabric. So how do y’all get it done ? By a tailor or by yourself … do you have any tips that I can use ?
  2. I’ve had bad experience with Shiprocket so I always use Delhivery service for shipping. But if there’s any other service that is budget friendly and also delivers fast .. please let me know !
  3. Any suggestions of sites where I can buy 3mm chenille yarn (not velvet , not bulky plush yarn) to make my mini crochet stuff.

Guys I posted this yesterday here and in my online store. Is ₹499 exc delivery too much ? Read detail below n help me out 🙏🏻

So I got around 45 enquires and some said it was pricey and some didn’t respond back after getting to know the price.
I do think ₹499 is reasonable for the amount of time it took up and for the good stitches I’ve managed to get.
Idk what’s the issue. Like is it really the pricing ?

We've all had one of these at some point, struggled to use it, yet kept getting it every time. Did you have one ?

This is why creators shouldn’t treat fans like content . inframe:Vaishnavi Thakur

Maybe I’m being cynical, but this whole thing feels like another example of content first, responsibility second. The trip generated engagement for months, and when it fell apart, the audience was left with no explanations and just disappointment.
I feel bad for the people who were genuinely excited. Not everyone can casually plan an international trip. Some probably arranged leave, schedules, and budgets around it.
Refunding the money is right, but it doesn’t undo the inconvenience or disappointment.
She clearly lacks consistency and not to forget how everything has just become “content” for her.
This is really really really sad to see…
Ikn you will lurk here and prolly read this Vaishnavi , just know that “not everything has to be just some stupid content”.

I made this Teddy mini bouquet . Did I price it right ?

I’ve priced it ₹599 exc delivery. It has perfect stitches , there’s sufficient flowers in the bouquet and also comes with that cute charm tagged to keychain.

This absolutely broke my heart. Such bad quality products being sold for such prices while genuine talents are struggling 😭😭😭

I am not undermining anyone’s efforts or talents. I am just saying that this is not fair to people who actual talent and are genuinely into providing best handmade groceries. The above uploaded pictures as you can see have such bad quality. 1 has no stuffing in the others, have literally such bad stitches that the stuffings seeping out, and it’s not worth the price

Vaishnavi started 75 Hard, couldn’t even stick to it properly for a week, then immediately made crying videos about “failing” and gaining weight while simultaneously filming herself binge eating and ordering junk constantly.

I initially supported her with this challenge coz it looked like she genuinely wanted to make her health better. But now i realised that she’s “SELF SABOTAGING HER HEALTH FOR CONTENT”.

Discipline matters. Consistency matters. You can’t preach healing while actively refusing accountability.

Body positivity is totally fine. Nobody expects perfection. But if every setback becomes monetized emotional content instead of a wake-up call, then the goal clearly isn’t health it’s engagement.

TLDR : Vaishnavi started 75 hard challenge. Initially what looked like a genuine attempt to make health better has now just become content. She can’t even stick to the challenge for a week. She constantly orders and eats junk while whining and crying to the camera that she messed up. She’s self sabotaging her health for content and it’s very annoying to see the video every other day saying “I ate junk , I messed up” while shedding tears for the camera.

So if you don’t know them : They’re blended family on YT and Insta , they have been running their channel since 2016 or maybe even earlier . They have around 5 kids if I’m not wrong cause I stopped watching their content in early 2017 itself.

So apparently the wife lost a baby recently. Rip. These shitty people decided to make money out of their baby’s death instead of grieving . They have posted so many shorts and videos on this topic making it a whole ass content. The wife is an ex nurse btw.

And the audacity lol to openly make a community post by adding link to the video of baby’s death with a caption “IF YOU WATCHED IT , WHICH PART HIT YOU THE HARDEST?”

I watched their shorts on it out of curiosity and trust me when i say… Them crying feels so so so pretentious. Filming their kids reaction by telling them about it , trying tooo hard to make tears roll down…

Idk where the world is headed. Monetising ones own child’s death… effed up people.
