My roommate and I are looking to rent in spring garden terrace. I have seen mixed reviews about it. Can anyone who actually lived there recently or lives there now tell me their honest review of the place ? I'm specifically concerned about pests bc they scare me to death !!

I'm a new out of province female student looking to rent a place with other Muslim girls. I don't know anybody at Dal or the city in general. I have looked everywhere with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
