Is this becoming normal for entry-level jobs in Lebanon?

Hi everyone!
A close friend and I are planning a trip to Georgia (the country), late October.
We are celebrating a huge new chapter and something big that's about to happen in my life, so we really want this trip to feel special. We have 5 days.
We’re thinking of splitting our time between Tbilisi and Kazbegi.
- Is Kazbegi worth it at the end of October?
- Is it better to hire a private driver or use marshrutkas/public transport?
- How many days would you spend in Tbilisi vs. Kazbegi?
- What are your must-see places, best restaurants, cafés, viewpoints, or hidden gems?
Any itinerary suggestions would be appreciated!
Thank you.
