I just got my P2S after my Qidi Q2 had to go in for repair and im having and issue gegting the ams to load anything into slot 2. It’ll grab the filament and pull it a little bit (as far as the tube below the slot it looks like) and then seems to lose grip and just spins wildly. How can I fix this?
